intuition and channel the wisdom of your Higher Self with this short but effective session

before you start…

  • Get some paper or a journal and a pen ready: The breathwork routine ends with intuitive "automatic writing," giving your inner voice (Higher Self / Soul / Higher Wisdom) the chance to speak directly to you. Just try it out – I have been repeatedly surprised by what ended up on the paper.

  • Ensure you can be undisturbed for at least 10 minutes.

  • Sit or lie down – I personally prefer sitting for this practice.

  • Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth (variations are possible and do not affect the results).

  • Breathe fully and deeply, following the rhythm you hear.

  • Stay fully focused and engaged from beginning to end! (The breathing itself lasts about 5 minutes.)
