before you start…
Get some paper or a journal and a pen ready: The breathwork routine ends with intuitive "automatic writing," giving your inner voice (Higher Self / Soul / Higher Wisdom) the chance to speak directly to you. Just try it out – I have been repeatedly surprised by what ended up on the paper.
Ensure you can be undisturbed for at least 10 minutes.
Sit or lie down – I personally prefer sitting for this practice.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth (variations are possible and do not affect the results).
Breathe fully and deeply, following the rhythm you hear.
Stay fully focused and engaged from beginning to end! (The breathing itself lasts about 5 minutes.)
